What is your Motor Vehicle Policy?
Infinity of Care will first bill your Motor Vehicle insurance company.
If med-pay is available, we will draw payment from that source.
In the event that med-pay is not available or if it has been exhausted,
we will file your claim with your health insurance carrier(s) and any reimbursement
from the responsible party will occur between that party and your health insurance company.
If no health insurance benefits are available, you, the patient,
will be responsible for making at least a partial payment for services at the time they are
(Payment Plans are available.)
In this case, you will be provided with receipts for payment and any reimbursement
from the responsible party will be made to you. We can also work with you on out-of-settlement

How often do I have to come to physical therapy?
We always provide customized care tailored to each individual.
After your first appointment, your physical therapist will be able
to give outline how long you will need to come to physical therapy.
The answer to this question varies from one person to the next.
How long is each physical therapy appointment?
Most Infinity of Care appointments will last 45 to 60 minutes.
If this is not the case, we will notify you well in advance of your appointment.
Do I need to see my physician before I can receive physical therapy?
Yes. In order to receive physical therapy, we need a referral from your primary care
or specialty physician prior to your treatment.
